B&M 3713 TEA-21

Obvious this is good news for the 3713. Besides the boiler, is there other major work that needs to be done? Drivers, etc?

Would you enlighten us as to what TEA-21 means? As far as I know, this means she can boiler enough water for 21 cups of tea.
This can't be right.
