I have a problem. There's a depot situation that I am aware of. In a nutshell, the structure is close to demolition. On the plus side, the structure's brick exterior is generally in good shape, the asbestos has recently been removed, and the owning railroad may be interested in parting with it.

Here's the problem: The structure is located approximately 20 feet from the centerline of an active main. The owning railroad requires a distance minimum of 50 feet from active rail. Have there been similar situations out there such as this one where a solution has been found that doesn't include moving of the building?
