unable to upload files

Hello all,

I am having issues trying to upload files. jpeg, pdf, doesn't matter what type. I get an error that the file type is not allowed. I have tried on android, iphone and windows pc. All yield the same error.

Can one of the moderators contact me off list to help me troubleshoot this please.

I am not a moderator. I can offer the advice that I have been able to upload .jpg files up to 600 pixels width to RYPN in recent days without problems.

Due to the age of the site architecture there may be a pixel width restriction dating back to older viewing technology.

Thanks but it doesn't matter what file type so it is not a pixel issue. I used to be able to upload with no problems.

Another user pm'd me say they are having the same issue. I am wondering if it is an account security setting on the back end.

See if hosting the image on one of the free photo sites that gives you an embeddable URL works with manual [img] tags.

I've been able to upload jpg's lately with no problem, however, the maximum dimension the site allows is 1,000 pixels, and the maximum file size is 250 kb.
