C&NW's ancient 4-2-0. Any idea where or when?

This was taken in the Chicago World's Fair of 1893's Transportation Building or its Annex, probably as the exhibits were arriving as there is not much else there yet. There is a great web site under the title Book of the Fair that has other views of exhibits there.

Just by quickly viewing the chapter on the transportation exhibits, I am amazed at how many of the exhibits are with us today in one form or another.
