Ok guys and gals, we are getting way ahead of ourselves. For right now nothing is going to happen to 2100. There are several law suits either filed or in the works to be filed all having a direct impact as to what, if anything, happens to / with her.

Ross, I think, was trying to tell anyone interested to start lining up their dollars, IF the courts decide, or the creditors decide to sell her, nothing more There are untold ways this could play out, from nothing happening to a forced sale and everything in-between. Time to sit back, watch and wait.

Since I am one of the larger creditors involved, I can assure you that IF I have anything to say about this whole mess she will not go to a scrapper, but will in fact see action again.

Well, now we have it from the horses mouth as the saying goes. Seems to me his advice is sound that we wait and see how it plays out.
Being now in the legal system odds are it will take a good while to unravel but that's the way it is.
I'm confident that between Pactrail and others the important developments will all be in the public domain in a timely manner.
Let's hope for the best!
