Soo 31 was recently repainted at the Jackson Street Roundhouse recently. It was repainted in its Soo scheme and windows were opened up that had been plated over for years. Add in some body work and it looks like it did fresh from the factory. This shot was just before completion, a few details are left info truck frames, etc. that have since been finished. It once again works the caboose rides every Saturday here in St. Paul...
