There are two, the Mack that we have on display and the Aherns Fox that was up untill a year or so ago was in the Harrisburg Pa area. The owner passed away and I lost track of who it was sold to.

Photos posted on the internet show large numbers of people at this event! But the operating motive power present appears to be DIESELS! What is going on here? What has become of the conventional wisdom that an operating steam locomotive is necessary to attract a crowd?

The much more meaningful and interesting question here is how many times bigger would the crowd have been if it were steam vs. diesel????

I think by that time the Flying Yankee will also be available to re-enact the nationwide tour of the original Burlington Zephyr.
