If you are attending the NRHS Convention in Chattanooga in August, you may want to wander down to the Choo Choo on Monday evening, August 20. I'll be hosting a night photo session utilizing the Choo Choo's ex-New Orleans streetcar (which should be freshly painted), and we'll do plenty of set-ups around the complex, including Terminal Tower. This is a *free* event and reservations are not required -- jut show up with your camera, tripod and cable release. We'll begin at around 9:00 p.m. Please pass the word along to anyone you know who might be interested.

Please note that this is not an official NRHS function, so any questions should be directed to me at the R&R office.

Also, the Three Rivers Rambler will be hosting a railfan day on the day after the NRHS Convention wraps up -- the railfan day will be on Sunday, August 26. There *may* be an activity in Knoxville on Saturday night (timed so folks will have time to detrain from the NRHS Summerville trip and make the drive to Knoxville), so you *might* want to consider making your lodging reservations for Knoxville instead of Chattanooga on Saturday night. Consider this a "heads up," as this is still in the preliminary discussion stages.

This is good news that more activites are being added to the 2007 NRHS convention. I hope to see some of the RYPNers there.
