Huge edifice in Detroit that no one seems to know what to with in this hard luck city. Various plans have come and gone, much like the one in Buffalo. I've read it was never fully occupied. The trainsheds behind it were supposedly torn down a few years ago, I think for a CP intermodal terminal.
