Existing railraod facilities website...

There used to be a website out there with a state-by-state listing of preserved or existing railroad facilities coving anything from depots, turntables to water plugs. The last time I accessed it was around 2006. I've googled and googled for a project I'm doing but I can't find seem to find it. Anybody know of any links or urls for this resource?
