Amd coat the surfaces of the mold you don't want it to stick to with acteylene torch soot.

No air AT ALL. It had air cylinders on it at one time but they're long gone. We load it heavy on one side, then unhook the chains and run. :o) Tipping back is accomplished by wedging a tie under the side and moving it.
