For the record, although Mr. Hart owned a large block of Stewartstown Railroad Company stock, his holdings were not a majority of the shares outstanding. The shares of the Stewartstown Railroad Company are owned by a small group of about 50 people. While many of these folks are descendants of the original investors (from 1884), some shares have ended-up outside the "core group" as a result of estate sales over the years. -- Ray
