When NS finishes the junction at Mount Union, what are the odds (hypothetically) that "someone" (other than NS from what I have been hearing) would or COULD restore #3?

According to EBT's website and roster of Steam Locomotives, it was the last and MOST powerful loco purchased.
What type of condition is she in? The pictures I have seen of her do not honestly give a decent representation of her mechanical condition. She has been indoors since 1956, but then again, she hasn't been operated since 1956. Fifty two years is a long time to stand still.

Is she mechanically salvageable to operate? Just curious. I know EBT is strapped financially...no way they could pull it off...
