Knox RR was a Maine shortline. This engine then went to a company down south (Virginia?) that produced cured hams that planned to begin switching its own plant. Not sure if they ever did that, but the locomotive was reportedly never used and cut up in the late-1950s. Perhaps someone can fill in the details.
