That 539 looks like it's sitting on the shop floor at Auburn, ready for shipment to Schenectady. Wonder if any of the Russian parts would fit???

And what's up with the background illustrations on the title page? Looks like a set of CNW SD50s in the middle, and a GTW 4-8-4 on the right!!!
