I have a very nice but inexperienced young man working for me who wishes to pursue a career in steam and passenger car work on a tourist railroad full time. He has done extensive paint / bondo work with us and some mechanical and woodworking assistant type work. Our program isn't active enough to give him the experience and training he wants. 23, degree in historic architecture ready willing and able to relocate and make a full time commitment.
