The Oklahoma Railway Museum (ORM) at Oklahoma City has a F9A currently painted as SLSF 814, although it was never owned by the Frisco. It is ex BN 814, exx NP 7003-D, EMD #19741 (9/54). It's in operable condition, and served as motive power for DOWT events in October.

If your definition of "F Unit rollcall" includes FP45, then the ORM also has former ATSF #90 on display.

Since the arrival of the road switchers, the F's don't seemed to have received the attention they did in the past. I think that one (either the 96 or 83) is operational at this point.

these are among the youngest F-units still in existance, and the longest operating class of F-units. Several are still working in commuter service even now, almost 50 years of service.

One of the surviving FL9's is the last F-unit ever built!

New England has a pile of them. Aside from the RMNE collection that Howie mentioned, the CERM group in Willimantic has one. It is reported to be in such a condition as to be made operable without too much effort. Though CERM has other prioroties for the time being, they say eventually they will get it fired up again.
It still has the extra electrical gear, but I'm not if the third-rail shoes are still there.

Danbury (CT) Railroad Museum has some as well. There are at least two FL9s there, one in NYC colors. If we count Alco units, they have an FPA4/FPB4 in NYC colors. There's also a UP E9 masquerading in faded NYC colors.

RMNE also has a New Haven FA-1 that they're slowly restoring.

The Conway Scenic in New Hampshire has four. Two FP9s in a CN-inspirted scheme, and two F7s in (authentic) B&M colors. The FP9s run as a matched set most of the time, but one of the F7s is now only a shell. The other sees occasional service.

Montreal Maine & Atlantic still has their ex-BAR F3 up in Maine, though its been OOS for years. Also reported to be in decent condition, and could run with minimal work if MMA were so inclined.

Metro-North/ConnDOT still have a few FL9s and FP10s on the roster, though their time on the high iron is almost certainly over with the recent arrival of those hideous BL-whatevers being built by Brookville.

And of course, NS has their Altoona-based A-B-B-A set. Beautiful engines, particularly when pulling a matching 16-car train.

The brokers that bought a bunch of ex-Metro-North coaches also bought a bunch of ex-MBTA rebuilt "F10" locos; I think one is stored and occasionally fired up as back-up loco at a power plant down near Morgantown, Md.

Let's have someone add in the pair on the Gettysburg Railway Pioneer Lines operation and at least one on the Southern Railway of New Jersey out of Salem, NJ, the latter not to be confused with the URHS "LV" replica pair last in storage at Tuckahoe, NJ a few weeks ago.

The Museum of Transportation in St. Louis has GM #103, one of the original 1939 FTA demonstrators that David Morgan called "The Diesel That Did It," proving that diesels could haul freight trains in competition with steam. There is also an ex-Southern Ry FTB unit that was converted to a steam heater car in the collection.

Western Maryland F7A #236 is at the B&O Museum. She is in excellent cosmetic condition, and may or may not be operable.
