Pretty sure this is the 0-4-0 once owned by Disney's Ollie Johnson, in California.

That is actually Dr. Robert Babcock's Porter during an open house at his place in San Diego county. You must be thinking of the Marie E which was owned by Ollie Johnston and run at his place in Northern San Diego county.
