Valley Railroad uses Baum's. It looks, feels and smells like "the real thing". Oh, and it works like the real thing too. We have been using it for over 15 years. J.David

In response to the boiler treatment question. The last treatment program that I ran was at the Nevada Northern. We used powder chemicals from MalKem. It was a very simple program of Sulfites for the oxygen scavenger and phosphates for the scale inhibitor. It worked extremely well and cleaned the boilers thoroughly. Prior to that program we were paying a ton of money to buy pre-made chemical from Chemsearch. Would recommend the MalKem products to anyone.
