As of this morning, no Notice of Appeal has been filed with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. A review of the case management system (PACER) for the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals also indicates no appeal or notice of appeal has yet been filed.

I don't practice that much in Federal Court, but I believe the chapter has 30 days from the entry of the judgment to file their notice of appeal, so we have a few weeks to go.
