Probably too complex and controversial to explain here. If you have not been following the adventures of the Friends/RGRPC for the last two years, it might take all night just to get started.
Suffice to say that In my opinion (and that of many others) a very negative power structure has been eliminated and replaced by a positive one.

So whatever was the outcome of that missing $20,000 and the accountant who went to California? Did she steal it or not? Did you get it back?
