I believe there are plans to move this car to the Platte Valley Trolley operation one of these days.

Is this correct?

It is a matter of money. (Surprise)or more precisely the lack thereof.
In addition, the current LRT West Corridor line will have a large impact on the Platte Valley Trolley southern terminus.
A carbarn/museum is in the early planning stage but land must be aquired and funds provided.
This is all in a very preliminary stage and anything is speculation.
It is within the long term plans to bring 25 to an operating line and the Platte Valley Trolley has thrived under its new management, but things are still many years down the road.

P.S. This is all non-official
