We have installed a new file system to handle our PDF library. This includes the Philippine locomotive information files that were mentioned in this thread. For those of you that were unable to download the files, you may now do so by visiting http://files.wrrc.us/category.php?id=10

This is a completely different file management system than the one in use 24 hours ago, and we have tested it successfully with Windows browsers (both IE and Firefox), which seemed to have the majority of problems. It also should provide a fix for Mac OS X Safari users, which had different symptoms, but we believe were also related to the core problem.
