NG 0-4-0T in Lima, Peru

In 2008 I came across this locomotive on display. It is front of a Peruvian Government building and under survilance. It is located in the San Ysidro district of Lima near the Via Expressa, behind a Metro super market.

It was originally in the former Cesar Hotel's bar as a display.

I believe we came to the conclusion that was about 30 inch gauge (762mm). It was probably used on one of the sugar plantation railroads in Peru.

I haven't had the chance to look up the information if it is available in my files. Maybe someone can fill in the missing info?

It is Orenstein & Koppel 10679/1923. I don't have a gauge, or pedigree for it; sorry.
