Newly shopped NS diner

Any idea of this car is for the "new" steam program on NS? This was previously located in Bluefield, WV.

Looks like a diner for the MOW gangs. NS has plenty of big MOW projects in the works, so it makes sense to have a diner for the crews.

Also looks like it could be converted from a former 12-1 sleeper.
