Well, all you amatuer Sherlock Holmes. Ever wonder what is really going at your local railroad museum or historical society? Well, it seems we have a website that may very well provide the answer or at least point you in the right direction.

Many nonprofit groups are required to file an IRS Form 990 each year. This has all sorts of good stuff on it such as wages, various expenses, etc. These are public documents and many are on the website listed below.

Keeping in mind of course the 990 is a public document and is information of how that group is doing for the fiscal year being reported.
