The woes of invasive species perhaps should be a separate topic of discussion, but yea, Tree of Heaven is all along our ROW here (TMNY, Kingston NY).

Further update:

Baltimore Streetcar Museum is still suffering from Irene after all. One of the three phases of AC still isn't feeding into the power house, meaning they can't run anything for the time being.

In addition, the VERY heavy rain of the past two days is causing problems. At least one underground drain has burst, creating a cascade onto the loop outside the Visitors Center, along with the parallel cascade from run-off from the CSX ex-B&O "Belt Line" overhead. We now have sandbags across the front yard diverting the overflow to Falls Road. Now, if we could only market the scenic attraction of twin waterfalls.........
