I am incredibly saddened by the recent passing of Gunnery Sergeant Sean C. Kirk, who was a popular brakeman on the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad:

According to Sean's obituary, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sean's name to the Injured Marine Sempi Fi Fund or by mail to Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, 825 College Blvd, Suite 102, PMB 609, Oceanside, CA 92057.
