Every time I look at 1527, I think whoever did that to the poor thing should do some jail time. Sure, it has paint on it, but it would have been no harder to do it correctly.
Every time a park engine gets painted, someone can't resist the bucket of white paint and a brush.
Capital offense!

I'm seeing pics of 5 lightweight cars and 1 caboose on the move today. Still not sure when the heavy iron will roll.

Andy,

I tuned in to Skip Waters "Let's Talk Trains" a few days ago and listened to CEO Bob LaPrelle talk about the move. From what I gathered the heavyweight equipment will begin rolling within the next few weeks followed by the diesels. The steam locos won't move probably until after the State Fair, and even then the 1625 and the 7 spot will have to go by truck due to issues with the bearings.
