I need an L2A Brake Valve for an old passenger car. We have a core for exchange, however the core is worn too far to pass a single car test. We need this valve to make a one-time move with an old passenger car. Your valve could be returned after we complete the move.

If you have such a valve, or know where I can get one, please email me at 765(at)rpmelvin.com.

Thanks.

Assume you have already tried Pittsburgh Air Brake. Have no clue if they might have one, or know of one you might borrow for the move. We have sourced a couple of SA-2 brake valves that are increasingly hard to find elsewhere.

Also try speaking with Paul or Ralph at Mulitservice. They have been very resourceful in the past.
