Thanks for that info Mr. Musser. Considering that speeds on SRR rarely go over 25, I don't think you'll have that problem. Always loved the look of potential power that the G5 across the street portrays. Really nice lines and just presents the appearance of a sheer muscle. With her small drivers, your 39 should bark up a fine exhaust. One that I cannot wait to witness first hand.

I'm sure the crews will much prefer underworking a "modern" 4-6-0 to squeezing every last drop out of an old 4-4-0. Even if it was great to see back then.
