Thanks for finding these locomotives, almost all of which would be classic shortline power here.

Several of those were offered for sale several (maybe six?) years ago; as far as I know, there were no takers. Besides have to do business with the Cubans (I think the trade embargo is still in place) and the shipping cost; their questionable maintenance over the past few decades made acquiring one less than attractive.
