The comments regarding unloading remind me of a conversation I had at a shortline many years ago.

Customer: "What did you guys do to those last two loads of fishmeal?"

Me: "Ummm... Why, was it damaged or something?"

(Two thoughts were going through my head. 1) Yeah, we did. They were in a minor derailment, no car damage or load loss, but I don't really want to tell you that. 2) How in the heck could you damage a load of fish meal? It's not exactly fragile.)

Customer: "No, everything was fine. It's just that they unloaded really easy for a change, and we wondered why, and if you could do it to all our loads."
