Greetings,

I thought readers would enjoy the attached account about moving this locomotive back in 1934 into its location in the Franklin Institute.

I always though that this was a facinating exhibit.
Though I have not visited it in over 50 years, I had seen it several times as a student on field trips in the early 1950's.
It appeared huge then and it still is.
It still moves back and forth by means of an electric motor.
