I'm doing a bit of research on Suncook Valley RPO/Baggage/coach #3 as rebuilt from a conventional wood passenger car by the Boston & Maine Concord Shops for the SVRR in the '20's, I believe......the heating system mentioned for the passenger section was an Arcola Heating System.....In the photos I have seen, I notice no stove-style vent on the roof of the passenger section.........was this an early propene-style gas heater?
