If you look at Google Maps satellite view of Lancaster, you can still mostly see where the main line used to run through Lancaster. Near the old station location there's some odd-shaped buildings, streets, and alleys that perfectly match the path the track took. Most of it's on the west side of town, not too easy to see on the east side.

The original right-of-way east of the station on Chestnut Street was in a cut for several blocks. If you look at the area on Google Earth, you will notice parking lots at an odd angle between Duke and Lime streets. They are on the now filled in cut. At Shippen, the railroad emerged from the cut between two buildings and then crossed Walnut Street at its intersection with Plum Street. Follow the angle of the buildings toward the northeast, and you'll soon pick up a line of trees, just east of Franklin Street. That is the right-of-way. There were multiple sidings into a variety of manufacturing and warehousing buildings in this area, including the Lancaster Locomotive Works, and in a couple of places, rails still poke through the blacktop.
