Okay, maybe this would work.

Whistle fitted to 6029 is certainly not original but made locally. It sounds however - just right from the old time video I've seen/heard.

Considering how long it's been and how long it will be before one is heard on a UP loco again. I was amazed and very pleased that it was fitted for my visit.

I asked and was told it would be staying on the loco.

The whistle was made by me on my first visit to Australia. It was made to the proportions of a Big Boy whistle scaled from a photograph. The base is from a Chinese source. My former boss Ben Elliot works on 6029 which is how its got there.
