TW, when mods have to intervene in a thread about stencils, there's a dreadful underlying problem, and neither my reputation nor my affiliates' should have to weather it. Probably related is the lack of useful advice. Together they mean reasons to contribute are less than zero.

Let's put it this way:

At some point a while back, the request for info on/photos of WM 75's lettering went from Union Bridge to me at the Md. Rail Heritage Library. I left it to our mutual associates (members of both groups) to hash it out.
