At the risk of being annoying, one more post regarding the original paint on this car...

Hmm, so the yellow paint in the door frames is possibly from a previous Merchants Despatch (MDT) paint scheme?
Or possibly from another North American yellow paint job, such as these two below?

I will leave it to an expert like Nick to consider the above possibilities. It would be interesting to sand off some layers of paint to see what lies beneath!

PS. Perhaps an unlikely scheme for the car at RMLI, here again is the American Colloid car
advertising the PANTHER CREEK® bentonite product. I really dig this car.
