Dear Friends of the B&O Railroad Museum:

Yesterday, heavy cranes were strategically placed adjacent to the Roundhouse to facilitate the removal of fallen materials as well as complete the stabilization effort of the structure.

Many of you have forwarded messages with questions regarding the specific damages to the collection pieces. As debris is removed during the weeks to come, the team will have a better understanding of the restoration process that lies ahead for each piece....

The team remains grateful for your patience as we continue the arduous task of restoring this national treasure.
