Study to reuse Denver Union Station as a transit hub (which it always was anyway) raises concerns over cost. Not cost of redevelopment, but cost of the study. $5.6 million seems a lot for just paper, which apparently wasn't that well done either. No wonder such projects get a bad name and meet resistance. Seems there is a good niche in our field for qualified persons to consult at a reasonable price.
