I think the house of cards at IOU Pacific is starting to crumble.

One of my theories here is -

Apparently the Surrounding Communities and those who have businesses weren't or IOWA PACIFIC Holdings did not do Enough to promote The SARATOGA and NORTH CREEK Railway or was it this.. The SARATOGA and NORTH CREEK Railway Did Not do Enough to promote themselves or seek funding to have multiple Railway companies to interchange with or attempt to become both a freight and carrier, example here> The ARCADE and ATTICA RR in ARCADE, NY.

Lastly, To those at Iowa Pacific holdings and the Former SARATOGA and NORTH CREEK Railway, I say this:

-What we've got here is... failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach. -

The IOU Pacific house of crads really crumbled a long, long time ago. Bad business model coupled with bad business decisions.

CP was/is the only choice for interchange without having rrackage rights to CSX in Albany.

I give Mr. Ellis and there rest of these folks credit for giving it a go. It's a fact that most small businesses fail. Sometimes someone gets things just right and a thousand other things align and great things happen. Nothing ever happened unless someone has a dream and takes a risk.

I am very sorry to hear this. My wife and I rode a few years ago. Everyone was very friendly and the service, food, and scenery was great, as were the people at the museum/station at the end of the line in North Creek and all the employees of the nice little stores and shops there!
