Said to be a 1964 photo of BR scrappings. Looks like a nearly-new 9F 2-10-0 in the background. Other photos like this on the Oct. 26, 2002 ABPR.

Not quite. 90715 was an ex-War Department "Austerity" 2-8-0, one of hundreds rostered by British Railways after nationalisation. To the left is the distinctive nose of a Bullied Pacific, de-"streamlined".

90715 had been withdrawn from service at Newton Heath depot Manchester in May 1964.
