I don't know why I wait to the last mintue to ask these questions but. The excursion running out of Toronto on Saturday is leaving from Union Station right. It is making a stop at streetsville - isn't that in Toronto or am i thinking ofsomething else? If it isn't in Toronto, where is it? From there, the train is just going to Milton, I had heard it was turning at Guelph junction, is that still true? Does anyone know where I can get some topographic maps of the line on the internet? Does anyone know the scanner frequency they are using? Finally where will they put the engine for the night after the excursion, is there any chance of getting into to see it then, I wanted to try to get some night pictures of it. i know this is a lot but any help would be great, thanks

Steetsville is between Toronto and Milton. Click on the link below for a map. When you zoom in you will see the CPR line.

I don't know for sure, but I would assume it would either be at Union Station or Agincourt Yard. If it is at Agincourt, forget it. You will likely be kicked off the property.

> Take the 401 west to Guelph line exit and go south on Guelph Line to Campbellville road,it is at the first light, turn left. You will soon come to Walker's Line ( it will be on your right, if you go under the 401 you have just gone too far ). Find a place to safely park your car off the side of the road. There is a small hill you can climb so you will be looking down at the track. Or you can pick a spot there that might be more to your liking.
Guelph Junction would be right at the light mentioned earlier and a mile or two up the road.
There are some good views in the town of Campbellville.

She is carrying Go train 155 consist (1 F-59 and 10 commuter coaches) as well as two of her own coaches and the extra tender and boxcars. She will have her work cut out for her hauling this 1000 ton train. Leaving Union she will be on frequency CN101 and then she will be on CP Mainline 1 for the rest of the duration. Best place to see her is right in Cambellville at the road crossing on Guelph Line. The Go engine is on the east end of the consist, so should get some good shots at Union if you are there.
