Such odds and ends for the industrial GEs can often be obtained from Western Star Rail Services of Newark, OH. (740-344-3336) They part out many such locos.

We have the same latches in one of our 45 tonners. We’ve had luck getting parts directly from Adlake... maybe they can help you out. (Ours is stamped “Adlake” on the back side.)
