Unfortunate to hear you guys aren't going to be operating anymore.

The flip-side...check out those two heavyweights. Roller bearings and all! I could make a short list of organizations that those would be crazy cool to see those two rolling behind their steam engines.

If you guys have to sell off equipment...again not happy you are wrapping up...but man-o-man there is a serious shortage of roller bearing equipped open window cars on the various museum...and mainline capable operations.

Just saying....

Can you imagine riding behind an NS 21st Century Steam trip...with a roller bearing heavyweight in the consist?

Yep...me too!

The Kitchi Gammi Club is available for charter and fits those specifications exactly.

Does anyone know what rolling stock was owned by this operation? I know that they leased an RDC for a while, but I'm interested in what passenger cars they owned. Also, if any of that equipment is still in existence.

Thanks!

Last I knew, the S2 locomotive (FCRV/BO 9061) and two cabooses (PLE 504 & PC 18086) were in storage at 84 Lumber in Uniontown.

The RDC (BO/BOMX 9913), is now back at the B&O Railroad Museum.

The two passengers were leased from the Potamac Eagle (PESX 5045 & PESX 5061). I cannot seem to find photos of these two after 2012.

CR caboose #21262 was part of the operation for a short period. That caboose is now TSH 21262 on the Tshiuetin Rail Transportation.

The only thing still at 84 is the S2, it is privately owned and for sale
