It happened again today, we received a phone call from a person stating they heard that we were not in operation.

I want to assure everyone that we are in operation and Locomotive 93 is still steaming. We operate 6 days a week until Labor Day and then we go to weekend operation until November 1. Locomotive 93 operates on Saturday, Sundays and Mondays with Locomotive 109 during the hauling the rest of the time.

If you hear of someone saying that the Nevada Northern is closed please set them straight and tell them that we are alive and well.

Don't worry, Mark, we still hear the same thing about our railroad too, but it is getting better as time and advertising goes on.
