 Post subject: Help identifying brake parts

Would anybody be able to identify this part. We are a streetcar museum and this does not look like something we would need.

A 6/6k/6n whatever distributing valve would be mounted to that in a locomotive. Would be a bit odd for a trolley.

The 14EL brake schedule used on electric locomotives made use of the #6 distributing valve.
