PC GP9 - what's the story?

While looking through George Elwood's Fallen Flags website, I noticed a couple of photos of Penn Central GP9 7049 taken in Wellsburg, WV. Caption indicates it belonged to the now defunct Wellsburg Historical Railroad Society. With AARX markiings on the cab, has this geep been sold?
