Y'all are talking about pictures you've seen---how about posting some pictures HERE so those of us (maybe I'm the only one) on dial-up can see them??
Thank you in advance!!

You just might be the only one here on dial up still. Maybe you should consider upgrading your service, or using a hot spot issued by your cell phone company. There are some plans that let you use cellular service to get data for your computer, phone, TV, whatever can connect to the internet at prices comparable to other wired internet service providers.

Wow, neat photos! So, it looks like they hauled 4 of the steam engines out of the roundhouse for "poised-in-service" scenarios. Very classy! Probably also gave them a chance to clean up things in the round house and check the in house trackwork too.
Sure wish I could have been there! More photos please!!
Thanks!

I’d say the coolest thing they did all weekend was the name reveal for #16.

In case you weren’t aware, #16, one of the two locomotives that hasn’t run in preservation, will likely the first locomotive to run (if nothing sinister is found) under the EBTF ownership. As a courtesy to the Kovalchick family, #16 was given the name “Nick” for Nick Kovalchick, the scrapper who saved the railroad from basically guaranteed destruction.

What they’ve got going down there is just awesome. I would like to hopefully make it up there in the near future to see the shops and everything.

Yes, I am well aware that 16 and 14 are being evaluated, but I was not aware of the Naming of 16. This must have been the "surprise event" hinted at in the publicity info. Very fitting, and not surprising given the caliber of the Foundation's membership & management. A year ago, who could have thought the future for the EBT would look so good?
So, more info and pics please!!
